Internship Opportunities
The Rainbow Village internship program operates year-round, so interns in any semester are eligible to apply. Some placements can be combined depending on the workload and number of hours available from the student to participate in the internship. Interns must not have a requirement to be under a social worker to complete the internship.

Position Descriptions
Client Services Interns
Client Services interns work under the supervision of the Chief Programs Officer to assist Client Services Case Managers, in conducting program applicant interviews and case management meetings, developing individual service plans, entering data in the Homeless Management Information System, assisting with program reports, and providing general program support as needed.
Early Childhood Education and Child and Youth Education Interns
Interns in these positions assist the Program Directors in carrying out the day-to-day operations of those programs.

Volunteer
Rainbow Village is committed to making sure our volunteers are well-trained and oriented to our work before we put you into action. Our Community Engagement staff coordinates internally with staff to provide a seamless and rewarding experience for our volunteers.

Our village has grown, from accommodating 18 to 30 families! Please join us in serving these 30 families by making a tax-deductible donation to help maintain the high-quality program that has transformed more than 1,000 lives since 1991.
